Silenced Pistol does literally the same and is one of the best weapons ingame for popping tires especially during driveby. Switching it with colt wont change except its firerate its doubled, which doesnt take skill to and shouldnt even work in the first place since vice has to be weak and irrelevant.
Unless you purposefully want a RW vice with OP sniper while being completely invisible on radar. Surely, people wont abuse this and only used in balanced situations like civilians are intended :^. Silenced is a good weapon if you get used to it, hell I prefer it against deagle if you get good at roll-dodging (Dual colt is more cheaper as a weapon worth than the sniper).
