• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Camping in spawn as president where a vip supported him although being warned. So it was like 10 more minutes till the end of the round and I noticed that the president was camping at spawn, he wasn't from the beginning because I noticed that they passed by the civilian spawn. Anyways I told him to leave the spawn because as far as I know it is not allowed and Alexander, a vip, was supporting him, telling him to stay at spawn as it is allowed. Manipulating the president in several ways to make him stay at the spawn as you can see in the logs where president wasn't aware of it.
I was inactive for a while and I might not be aware of new rules but if it is allowed then it is completely stupid because the securities got their spawn protection all the time which makes it very very difficult for the terrorists to kill the president. Alexander was claiming that it is allowed because he has done it with several admins.

The president loses his spawn protection if he camps in his spawn after one minute, directly after spawning. After leaving his spawn, he will lose protection and is allowed to re-enter his spawn as it is now an open part of the map. No one will be punished.
