After checking the logs, I can clearly state that there is no doubt of who joined the IRC channel under the nickname SiCk_KiLLeR! on the 18th of July at 16:53:52. It was you.

Based on the above, the punishment for breaking the IRC Rules (a ban from the #PlanB.Echo channel for repeated /q joking) is justified and will be sustained.
