Format your pc and get the latest window, that's the best solution in my opinion.
Windows 10 is a pure garbage eventhough im using it. Forcing you to have programs that you wont  even use once. I moved from Windows 7 to 10 and I noticed a big performance impact because of all that bloatware. I mean seriously, I dont wanna play Candy crush on my laptop, why have it on a fresh windows install? I dont wanna use Cortana because its slows my local search and if I wanted to do online search I'd use my browser. I dont want to use Skype and People and Tips and Office365.Who'd use Messaging on Windows? Whats the purpose of that Microsoft 3D Viewer lol? The only thing that I liked in Windows 10 is the feature that they added in the latest update, where you get to have a Virtual windows machine just like using a VirtualBox, and you can use it to test the behaviour of programs that you think they might have some kind of virus or malware. I want a fresh Install just as fresh as Windows 7 Ultimate, where you only get whats necessary to proper Windows functionnality. and guess what, custom installs are already out there.

 Take a look at this custom Windows Pro from TeamOS-hkrg. the poster removed all that non sense I talked about.

They add custom themes, and they showcase RAM usage by the stock Windows and the custom one, and I tell you its huge.

Guys, I ran a full system scan in my pv and found that my pc was infected with some malware called runounce.exe which was controlling system32 and administrative powers. I have repaired it but some softwares setups are deleted from my pc because they wrre deeply infected and could not be repaired.  Still if I try to install any program it gets deleted. It was really so irritating.

Anyway,  thanks to all.  :D

>:(
Anyways, great that you solved that.
A paltry man and poor of mind
At all things ever mocks;
For never he knows, what he ought to know,
That he is not free from faults.
