How To Connect To Teamspeak?

When I Try To connect it says "Failed To Connect to server".

I think in these days discord almost replaces teamspeak and IRC . But we have IRC as it enables us to have some perks over the game from PlanB.echo . But I think teamspeak is outdated , if you wanna have a teamspeak discord voice is there !!! So use it mate...
