I like jetpacks, but I am afraid it would be too easy for VIP players to camp with sniper rifle on places that are unreachable from the ground; and such campers cannot be countered without an aircraft or another sniper rifle.

This is exactly what is happening. Now it's possible to reach any rooftop in a matter of seconds. Not a big deal for non VIPs, but very interesting for snipers. If you aren't a VIP and you're on the ground, all you can do is run. If you are a VIP, you can snipe back, waste your time and watch the jetpacker escape very easily when he has low hp. I really hope jetpacks are removed soon.

Well that's a good point, because I see VIP's getting huge advantage with the Jetpack + Sniper on the rooftops and easily escaping way now and even I can use VIP weapons, it's hard to get them. I've seen the some VIPs camping on rooftops near to president spawn and sniping them, when president goes away, they can chase easily.

Solution for this: When the player takes jetpack for once, maybe disable to use of rifle and sniper for that player to the his next death.

Nope Cobra let the game fun for a few weeks at least and then back to that kill the president game

Aw shit, flying is so fun and it's just temporary!

I suggest removing the sniper ability for people that use jetpacks (until next respawn like Cobra said) and only allow /rifle (which is fair for everyone since it's now in /holiday cmd).

So it seems like ur problem isnt the jetpacks but snipers. I dont see any difference betwen taking a heli and jumping from roof to roof and same with jetpack.

A player in jetpack cant shoot.
A player in jetpack cant follow a president in a car or iven a bike.
