I'm defending him because he's my clanmate and a friend.
Yeah,I don't know his character fully,he does like engaging in battle,I suppose.
But from the latest report on him,we clearly don't know what happened.He may have been trying to get an aircraft.
And if he were attacking the civilians that were proven hostile,in an attempt to disable them from taking off and attacking again,that is certainly not breaking duty.
The protection forces are supposed to protect the president any way possible.
If the president was going solo and running too fast, Contigos may have not been able to catch up,so he turned to using an aircraft to succeed.
Either way,why don't we just appeal for harsher punishments?In global?
Even if he gets punished,what's the use?Offenses such as that one (supposed) would keep repeating,without bigger consequences.
How about we start jailing c-bugging,2shooting,etc.?Some people use it all the time and only get kicked out?
What's stopping them from doing it all over again once they relog?
I don't care about the player count.If the players keep committing offenses,they need to be banned eventually.
The warnings system that someone suggested would be a good idea.
The warnings could be cleared on a monthly basis,for example.You don't get banned for the warnings you received during a month - they get cleared.
I don't mean permanent bans though.But,such offenders could be banned for 2 weeks up to a month,for example.
If they keep breaking the rules,apply permaban.No matter who it is.Be it a veteran,a VIP or just a newbie.
