message: please unban me i am a returnee player from the past heheheh I really did nothing wrong to be banned.

Hi I am an old player and when i reinstalled the game because i bought my new rig i found my ip banned. I am sure i did not cheat or anything because the reason i stopped playing because my laptop got damaged. We even have a clan back then it was PTP Ph can someone figure out what's going on?
