add a command so we can see which map is next for example: /nextmap.

I don't see how adding /nextmap would change this. You would still wait 1 hour and the next map would still be NSA. If you were just hanging around the civilian spawn waiting for the map to change, a better use of your time would be to either do something within the game or just quit until you see the map has changed on Discord or IRC.

If /nextmap is added and you see NSA when you type it, are you just going to leave the game because you don't like that NSA is the next map or are you going to continue playing until NSA has loaded? As Glen so elegantly crafted, vent your frustration when it loads and quit, continue enjoying the game until it does so.
