as i remmber this...i didnt see any bugs with this addons ft chnsaw some years ago,its about server,not addon,some week ago,ahmed used chnsaw,and i saw the same(he couldnt dmg me) even i didnt use samp addon then,i dont think this bug is only for addons,but +1
chnsaw system has problem,not addons..

Remove addon and think about removing saw. If you remove saw, remove sniper too.It's far too op sometimes and ruins running away as a protector when a dozen of civs can just snipe you from their arse, for example. Using rifle again would be fun. At least it is not overpowered so much. Although you'd have to think about what should be done with the /holiday eng command afterwards.

Well, the saw bug will be removed IF some of the players using it decided to reinstall their SAMP without SAMP-Addon. So, the saw will be staying and will stay forever.

If you remove saw, remove sniper too.It's far too op sometimes and ruins running away as a protector when a dozen of civs can just snipe you from their arse, for example.
Sniper and saw is already a part of the GM and the server. You can't just remove both of them just for the sake of a 'bug' and 3 or more Civilians against outnumbered classes.

My thoughts for this is that both sides should be in balance and may have to resort on banning something.
In short, either ban SAMP-Addon and the saw will stay as it is or allow SAMP-Addon and the saw will be removed. If the saw bug cannot be fixed, I think Jonne should ban SAMP-Addon.

bruh if every server allow it why not ptp, aint nobody changing gta files when they tryna join another server

SAMP Addons needs to stay.

^  Saw sucks regardless it benefits high Ping  players anyways

- It is not allowed to have any kind of programs, modifications or scripts that give you an advantage over other players. Client sided mods that do not give you or any other player an advantage are allowed.

Judging by this, addon can be considered a genuine cheat, simply because it gives you the privilege of damaging drive-bying passengers, which you can get only by installing the program. Just disallow them all and get it over with.

if you test hits with addon and without addon you will see that you gain more hits WITH addon with this being said addon could also be marked as a sort of a damage hack, i was with allowing it before but i did not know this information. Disallow it.

Same goes with who has 200+ fps but doesn't use SA-MP addon.

I really don't get it, out of the 3000+ SA-MP servers that allow SA-MP addon...Why should it be disallowed here? And also, There are DM servers that allow SA-MP addon but have a rule that everyone should cap his fps to 90-100... Why don't we have such a rule here then if the problem is from high fps or faster shooting rate?
