Add the clan chat

It was suggested many times in the past, but no. This is not a clan-based server, team chats are quite enough. There's simply no need for chat rooms, private clan chats, etc.

No. Teamchat is enough, since the gamemode is supposed to make players in the same color work together, not players with the same clan tag and different colors.

It is scriptable and it's very simple, don't worry about that, but still -1.
