Suggestion for Security (riding hydra)

i think Securitys shouldn't drive hydras Becuase maybe they dont there duty but i see there is no important in security driving hydras and maybe cuase a teamkill and maybe killing president in plane or cars also when president died they go to there spawn again and the hydra flow So i prefer ONLY terrorist and police should driving hydras i think its good idea and comfortable.
