A command for users to chat with available admins (obviously without knowing who received that message or who answered to it).

And a command for the admins should be something like
/adminrep [id] [message]

Case of use:

Peter (31): /admin Help! I'm stuck in a rock! Someone please get me out?
AvailableAdmin (12): /adminrep 31 Just move... with "W"

It gets a lot harder if hackers know there is an admin, because they cheat less obviously. If you're ban evading, then you'll probably end up checking the forums at some point.

I don't like this chat idea- there's no point. Also, most people just suck it up and do /kill if they're stuck.

So think about when an hacker able to check if any admin online in server. If hacker finds out there is admin online, he will avoid to use hack. Then it will take ages to check him by admins. That's why we have privacy about admins in server.

About forum, if he is ban evader already, he can simply go to forums and check the admin list. Then he will take a note for to not join game while those admins are ingame.
