This is wrong, most of the newbie vice presidents choose to stick to the president, either in the same car or following him with another vehicle.
Shame that this rule is mostly getting ignored. Probably we should suggest to enforce it scriptwise...

Yeah that's true, but what I'm trying to point out is that even if we enforce that rule more strictly to prevent them to be in the same vehicle, most of the vices will still follow the president with another vehicle which means synchronous deaths can still happen. Anyway as I said in my first post here I see this a part of the gamemode rather than a bug.

I'll add that later. As for the original suggestion, I agree with most people that it's more a feature then a bug, so we won't be adding this.
