There are certain rules and amendments to be followed and no you cannot be racist.

The words i said are in general terms as same as 'Freedom of speech'. None of this are followed in Internet and not even required. Read carefully what i quoted and what replied. Its not related to internet but in general. I replied to his comment which pointed outside the internet since he mentioned that specific term.
Half of the war and combats in various cities all over the world is due to racism and nation and no you cannot simply ignore it. There's nothing called "insensitive" when it comes to your rights.Community should not tolerate any such kind of words in the server.
And there we go. What does one SAMP server have to do with wars because of racism in real life? Nobody here is saying that racism is a good thing, but come on, man. As far as my experience goes, there is like one person in a month that comes to the server with intention to be racist towards everyone or some select people. It's hardly a very common thing here on PTP.

Rule should be implemented against racism, religion and nation (Ignoring the minor issues of course ). This is not a fish market but rather an international server where players from all over the world joins to spend their time and make mood. It is community's responsibility to manage the server up to a stable balance. Note that whatever goes in the server reflects the community and its image.
We had rules against racism and generally griefing on previous version of PTP. Needless to say, it turned into a shit-show with some admins using general-purpose insults as an excuse to call someone racist and ban them just because they didn't like them.
What's next, I ask you? Maybe we'll have some gay players in future here and they will start demanding that the word "gay" (which players here use jokingly most of the time - not counting kids who actually think they can offend someone by calling them gay lol) be banned from use. All you're creating is more and more silly constrictions and rules.
The point here is simple: why would you be so weak to let yourself be offended by some random person on a gaming server? It's not like you can't ignore them. And if they are really stepping out of line, screenshot the chat and make a report (or report ig straight away if there are mods/admins). Simple, isn't it? Much simpler than creating whole bunch of rules and "amendments" as you call it.
If you enjoy being abused, you're one of them. Be an example to a good thing not an explanation of being 'one of them'. 'Gays' 'Nigga' are common and yes i stated above that minor words can be ignored like such.

You are trying to point one thing regardless of understanding what others actually meant (( No offence )).
All i meant is crossing a limit up to an extend which should be treated strictly. This doesn't mean you get ban for calling 'gay' or such. You're mature enough to understand between the limits of words.
Again, please read carefully and understand the meaning. Some sentences were said to mean in general and some related to server. Every example comes from a real life experience and so i stated above the consequences but this doesnt mean it occurs oftenly, or amendments should be made on an internet for such things. Go through my words again ^
